We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in Clare, South Australia.

About the role
You'll be an important member of the team providing speech pathology services to children and their families as well as young adults with disability.
You will provide centre-based and outreach services to schools, childcare centres, and day options centres in the Clare Valley and surrounds.
There is opportunity to promote the importance of speech and language development within the community and upskill communication partners in AAC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assessment of speech and language skills.

Providing speech pathology intervention.

Writing relevant reports.
-
Writing and reviewing speech therapy programs delivered by allied health assistants.

Assessment and review of Oral Eating and Drinking Care Plans.

Swallowing assessments.
-
Collaborating with the allied health team to ensure comprehensive client care.

Willingness to work in transdisciplinary model of care.

Provide communication education sessions for the community and our partners.

Salary offering:
Remuneration is inline with HPSS award plus 10% with Super.
New graduates with Bachelor's start at HPSS level 2, pay point 1 plus 10%, plus Super.
Annual base salary at $78,800 Pro Rata + 11.5% Superannuation
New graduates with Master's start at HPSS level 2, pay point 2 plus 10%, plus Super.
Annual base salary at $81,600 Pro Rata + 11.5% Superannuation
Experienced clinicians pay rates will be discussed and aligned with your level of experience and performance goals.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Full Australian working rights.

Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.

Speech Pathology Australia Membership.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
